OH! I got more free this month!!

First of all, it wasn't a free coupon organizer from my mom, it was budget paying envelopes.

But the other day, I was at my sisters and moms (they live in the same house, seperate apts.), and mentioned I wanted to get new wind chimes one day, because I love wind chimes (and church bells). She said, I have some you can have! And they have a stained glass CROSS on them! I LOVE them, and have been enjoying them immensely the past two days, and they were FREE!!!!!

She is also giving us a new "used" LOVESEAT, where both seats have recliners which will be helpful for my arthritis! It was my nephew's who just moved to Florida, and they don't love it. And she's about to give us a vanity for my daughter for her room too!

Wow! I love this thread, because it makes me realize how blessed I am!

The fruit was from friends who own a fruit stand and the gatorade and iced tea was from another buddy who stopped by....he didn't like the flavor or taste of either.

A free 8 oz hot Mocha from Mc Donald's because it was free Mocha Monday

And free lunch at the school for the children nearly everyday last month and this month.

5 GOOD dinners - including one steak dinner (my husband had surgery, and some volunteers from our Sunday school class had a meal signup!)
BIG bag of hand-me-downs from a cousin -future clothes for my daughter!

I agree - these posts remind me how blessed I am! And they are inspiring to find good deals and freebies!

I also agree. It is nice to know what you get for free, and it helps to list it out here.

Today I went back to my great $1.00 double store and got the following:

3 more boxes of cereal
3 pounds of ham lunch meat
1 head & shoulders shampoo.

I also got more coupon packets from my uncle.

I love this thread, because of it I am keeping track of all of my free items and man so far I have saved a bunch of money.

16 boxes of cereal @ $3.79= $60.64
3 lbs of Ham @5.99lb = $17.97
5 cans of dog food @ $0.89 = $4.45
1 Head $ Shoulders @ $5.99 = $5.99
Total saved so far this month = $85.49!!!!

Tons of coupon packs from my uncle = PRICELESS!!

2. 1 package of 10 permanent postage stamps (family member)
3. Free Sample of Calcia calcium supplement (3 packets of 2 pills each = 6 pills total ((can't use these, as they contain aspartame, but maybe they'd make a good fertilizer for my house-plants));
also got 1 Calcia sticky note pad, and a tiny pill-box
4. Coupons in the mail
5. Gillette Venus Embrace razor in the mail
6. Andersen window screen samples: could be used to mend screens

I forgot to mention in my last post that I got the free Food Saver bags. Surprisingly, there was alot of them in the pkge too

I'm doing great this month with the free RX GCs. I'm doing 2 more this week. That'll make a total of $100.
