Amen, and if you happen to have 2 coupons for those items you can sometimes get both items for free. You just have to know what you are doing. Some stores don't allow this but there is nothing wrong with it, the free item is the stores promotion. Ok, off subject heehee. I got an 8oz. box of Progresso Panko bread crumbs in the mail today from Pssst.

If you go to iTunes every Tuesday & go to the store scroll down and you'll see Free on iTunes. Some weeks there won't be much but some weeks there will be a lot. Of course it's all subjective on your taste. I found a few things I liked this week.

Exactly and our Publix will take a coupon on both, including the free one. Like today BC Potatoes were BOGO for $1.59. I used 2 40cent coupons and got both for 79cents for 2. Actually I got 4 total.

NikoSan - I wish you'd told me sooner - there was plenty of room for you!! I am holding my breath about this - but I have had minimal pain in my arm and shoulder yesterday and today. It would be wonderful if the cortisone shot (and massage) worked a miracle on my body - that's okay with me!!

We were able to go to a free art show! when we got there there was also a free health expo!
2 walgreens water bottles(like I need more of these!!) But they were full of free stuff....

we got a free lunch while there too...
