This week my aunt took me my mother and sister to the movies to see it's complicated and then tonight she had us over for dinner.
My father was cleaning out his office and i got a book light and a daily planner.

My mother gave me a boat load of canned goods and dry goods from her cupboards. She went to AZ for the winter and had to clean out.
She also gave me as much as my freezer could hold and told me to keep going back to her freezer for more while she is away for 5 months!

Hubby got an IPOD docking station for his daughter for Christmas by redeeming Coke Rewards points. I am VERY proud of him!
He buys Cokes (not as much as he used to) and picks up the caps off the ground when he finds them. A lady had a bunch of Coke case cartons sitting at the curb for garbage pickup. The cartons have numbers on the inside. He picked them all up, tore the numbers off AND then put the cardboard in the recycling bin at the school.
I added a couple more items this week. I got another bag of dog treats and I won a can of Oust. Ahhh, I almost forgot a biggy. We got the reciever for the HD tv free since we have been excellent customers for 9 yrs.

Would you believe our local paper called and asked us if we would like to receive the Sunday paper free. ..? no cost...as long as we like......
OK we'll give it a go and see......maybe we'll get to use coupons, but usually it's not for stuff we use.....
