yesterday Bridge gave me 2 bags of TVP, nutritional yeast, and a berry vitamin supplement that you add to smoothies and stuff...

and the knowledge that there is a free indoor walking track 10 mins from my house and i have lived here 12 yrs and never knew about it....we tore it up over her lunch hour....

Was at SA yesterday and they were throwing away canning jars and she asked me if I wanted them I have way too many as it is so I took 6 jelly jars and then I found a 4.00 shirt but it had a stain on it so they gave me the shirt yep the stain came out. I know the girls that work there so they pass things on to me every know and then.
There was another woman in there I know she told me to see her next fall and she will give me some raspberries when they come out.Love it when I can get free berries for my jams and jellies.

I can always tell when I get a package here at the apt because the mailman drops it near the door and i usually hear him. Today he dropped a rather loud package. I open the door and it's a box about 15 inches long, 8 inches wide and 3 inches thick. I say to myself "what the heck is that?". Then I see it says "Suave" on it. I thought I was getting a coupon for shampoo but to my surprise i got a full sized bottle of shampoo. 14.5 oz. of rosemay mint shampoo. I'm excited!! Too bad i already showered today. lol

today I woke up to===
-4 cans soda
-2 cookies
-1 dinner plate will freeze for DH
-1 covered plate with 4 salsbury steaks and augrtin potaotes (so I took 1 and some taters and had lunch..very yummy)
-1 orange
-2 bananas

went with uncle to fabric store and there were 2 boxes that said free! I walked out of there with:
1/2 roll large tube wrapping paper
5 assorted gift bags
1 bag of new bows
a lot of tissue paper
1 pleatherish type red makeup bag
ang a gift box

Not bad for a unexpected find. Will put it away for next xmas!!

From Uncle. where he works when there are extras they r told to toss them out! Or take them home(food service ppl) can u imagine?? So him being friends with the right ppl and having me for an awsume neice they get sent home with him for me!

we got 24 double yolk eggs from my landlady
One of her friends gave her 3 of these and she said plz take 1 we cant eat all these eggs and I dont bake that much. very thoughtful of her.
