We have made an awesome haul babywise so far! My DH's aunt owns a baby shop and she gave us a ton of stuff that had been returned to her and couldn't be resold, including:

- a $1000 gorgeous wooden crib with a slight cosmetic flaw
- a high chair she had used for her grandsons
- a high chair that attaches to a regular chair
- a diaper bag
- a mat with toys baby can play with on the floor
- a pack'n'play set
- a stroller that one can carry on your back
- a mobile
- several trinket toys
- the "daddy caddy" -- a belt that daddy wears around his waist that has a pocket for diapers, for the bottle, and for trinkets.
- a few cute baby clothes

Outside of baby clothes, we also got a free dinner at a very expensive ritzy restaurant with DH's uncle and his girlfriend. And by the way, ladies, you should see this house -- a gorgeous gothic Victorian paradise. I could spend hours wandering that house!
