Wow, what haven't we gotten free? My mom is clearing out her house and we're reaping some of the benefits.

We just moved in a beautiful chest of drawers she gave us, way nicer than we had before and bigger too. It's a custom piece.

Four packages M&Ms from the grocery store.

More stuff from Mom: An antique salt cellar, a vintage Fire King glass loaf pan with glass lid, a Nordic Ware krumkake iron, a vintage Pyrex butter dish, a square antique glass dish with lid, several dozen vintage, antique, and contemporary half pint canning jars, and so much more stuff.

We also got a large wall clock that Mom had. The case is antique, and she had grandfather clockworks put into it. It's beautiful although it doesn't work right now. So that'll be a project for me sometime in the future, trying to figure out how to fix it. I hope I can fix it someday because it has beautiful Westminster chimes when it's running.

I won a travel mug in the Harley H-D Tour. It arrived in the mail two days ago. Hubby likes Salonpas patches for his back. I bought him a bunch of them online several years ago for practically nothing. He is down to his last one. So I shopped around and found the best deal on Amazon, bought two boxes, got free shipping and no sales tax. I also used $15 in Amazon e-certificates I had accumulated from answering surveys and used $9.09 in rewards points on my Discover card. I paid a whopping $1.81; that is almost free!

Parting stop is 1x1 dimension lumber. I need some to use for shelf cleats for a microwave/recycling cabinet I'm going to make for Mom's new apartment.
