Three extra training sessions with my personal trainer! That is worth $150!!! He has slacked on his paperwork and forgot to have me sign off on three sessions. So he told me not to worry about it and to come in for three more! No complaining here! This month was my last for paying the monthly gym fee, as I am finished by August 31.

    - one dozen medium eggs
    - 1/2 gallon OJ
    - 1 pkg heat'n'serve sausage links
    - 1 loaf of bread

I'm not used to getting free stuff -- I'm not sure how to even find free stuff but the above items were on a grocery flyer - buy $35 and get the items on the coupons free. The 8 year old went through the store on a "free hunt" while I stretched the imagination to come up with $35 worth of groceries!
