dh's favorite ---smoked brats on buns, with some fried potatoes (need to use up those taters!). Who am I to complain? At least it's easy!

I'll be making pasta (regular with sauce for the BF, regular with butter and broccoli for the kiddo and whole wheat with sauce for me) and jalapeno garlic knots.

I'm going to make my own version of the KFC Famous Bowls they are advertising on TV....mashed potatoes/corn/chickennuggets/gravy/cheese in a bowl.

I think it'll be leftovers again. It depends on how much we have. If it is leftovers, one of us will have stir fry on rice while the other has taco twist casserole. If that doesn't work out I'm thinking canned Progresso tomato basil soup with pepper jack grilled cheese sandwiches. Either way it'll be good & easy.
