Easy or hard

Does journalling come easy to you or do you get writer's block when you sit down with pen and paper?

I find writing, especially in my journals, very easy.

Both! Sometimes I'm really feeling something and it is easy to write about it. Other times I don't have anything too important to write about but I need to write because it's been so long.

it depends on where I am and whats been happening. but then other times I have so much jumbled in my brain that I want to say its stuck and I have no idea where to start.

I'd say that writing is the easiest thing I've ever done, as long as nobody is coming back to check my grammer or spelling.

I need to start journaling again! Have you ever read Julie Cameron's The Artist's Way? She can help me get unblocked. Another tactic is to pretend you are writing to a friend - like Anne Frank did in her diaries. Other tips - you can write dialog between yourself and a family member or famous person - you can start by making lists and then expanding the points on the list - you could write a description, etc.

Journal writing comes very easy to me. It's writing anything else that I get major writers block.

I am embarrassed to say that I do have this book but never, ever opened it. I will look for it today and start reading it.

Journaling would be hard for me if I put it on paper. I use an online journal and it is very easy for me. I keep a small pad in my purse and when I in travels; store, mall, etc. I write down my thoughts. Sometimes I journal it online, sometimes not.
