    Still chipping away at my long to-do list that I started last week. I am training at night this week so the days are focused on the list and DD's homeschooling. She is taking tests so part of the day is spent with a proctor. I use the time to catch up on cross-stitching.

    Tonight I am going to cook a Roast Beef. We haven't had Roast Beef in ages. I will slow cook it all afternoon. Will make the usual crispy fluffy roast taties, roast pumkin, something green and hm gravy. I have made diet jelly fruit and will make some custard for dessert.
