    Trying a new recipe from the Pampered Chef catalog I brought home from a party last week: Creamy Lemon Pesto Chicken and Linguine Caesar Salad

    I'll be making Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Shells (saving some for Mom & Dad) and make salad and garlic bread to go with them.

    Was going to be spag bol but I have no mince!!!! So getting sausages out instead.

    I am going to make a sausage casserole and have it with dumplings as the potatoes are getting low. Got some cream buns at the supermarket last night marked down to $1 for a rosebun of 8, so will have them for dessert.

    We're having pork roast cooked on the rotisserie, portabello whole grain rice(success brand) and a tossed salad. :)

    I am happy to report that when I stepped on the scales today that there was weight loss!! I only have 13 pounds to go and I will hit my target weight.

    Leftover ham here! I'm going to make some ham & cheddar salad this afternoon.  For supper we'll have ham salad sandwiches and soup-- either tomato or cream of mushroom.
