    I made a Mexican soup recipe from the Food Network magazine. It had sweet potatoes and black beans. Yummy and HM biscuits. For the rest I made a whole chicken in the CP, HM gravy, rice, corn, and HM biscuits.

    I have some ricotta cheese that needs using up and will be trying this new to me recipe for Lasagna Rolls (going to halve it & add leftover spinach from last nights dinner). I'll add a salad & maybe some bread to the menu too. :rollsmile

    We're having leftover spaghetti & meatballs with the bread Jack made & I'll make a fresh green salad to go with. There are only a couple of meatballs left so I hope there isn't a meatball war at the dinner table tonight. I'll try to divide them up fairly:laugh:
