    Did 1/2 hr this a.m...didn't excercise yesterday so I may do another 1/2 hr later...depends...I'm really tired today and my knees are bugging me bad!

    Another 1/2 pound loss for me this week. Slow and steady wins the race I guess. I think I'm building some muscle, and that's what's slowing my losses down. But, hey, as long as I'm losing I should be happy. Total lost so far 17 1/2 pounds, I just finished my 12th week.
