I've got a hunk of Angus pot roast in the slow cooker now, covered in dry brown gravy mix, no water. Comes out perfect every time. I'll serve it with baked potatoes and b. sprouts.

Talkto Kat earlier and she found some more of her clothes and Joe found a bike shop so no trip home today..lol. They called the phone company and will have phone and internet by midnight tonight so hopefull she will be back in the village wwith us tomorrow!
