    No dinner thread yet. :yikes: The morning people have been slacking. :D I made broccoli pizza with flour tortillas. Dh had LO pork roast, potatoes, and carrots. And LO tuna casserole.
  2. Tightwad Tuesday
    Kids have dental and doctor appointments today. In between I am trying to get started on the never ending to-do list. Already I have gotten DH out the door to work. I have cleaned out 1/4 of the kitchen cabinets/drawers as part of my spring clean. Laundry is almost done.

    Spaghetti and Meatballs and Garlic Bread. Got pork mince for $2/lb and the bread rolls that I'll make the garlic bread from were marked down to $1.91 for 6!

    I have a beef roast out to make. Will cook it long ans slow so it flls apart. Mmmm yummmm. Will have with the usual crispy roast potatoes, pumpkin and might make a broccoli and cheese casserole to go with. Thinking about dessert but have been on a bit of a baking spree this morning so might just...
