Chicken snitzels and veg. Might do somehting nice with the snitzels though. Need to bake some stuff for the kids lunch boxes today so will be bits leftover for dessert.

We'll be grilling up some marinated chicken breast and serving it with pesto noodles and fancy pants salad. Basil from the garden & mesclun mix from our oak barrel will be our fresh meal stars.

Supposed to rain and storm later, so going to Beall's department store this morning. Then home to do some organizing (seems like that is all I ever do). Along with vacuuming and mopping, dusting, etc.

Today I'm going to go through dd's clothes and get rid of the ones that are too small, etc... To make way for her new school clothes. I may go through my clothes too. When is the last time you did this?

Since I'm still up, and planning dinner for dh return home. We are having chicken and biscuits! He loves that! Some cut up cantalope to go with.
