Well, definitely a spend day... Having the oil changed on our car and the brakes checked.
Our carpets have needed cleaning for a while, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend $110 (like last time! ouch!). A friend had just rented a carpet cleaner a couple weeks ago... She said it worked...
Ahhh, Sunday my favorite day. Too bad I have to work. I'm so looking forward to coming home tonight, kicking off my shoes, taking my contacts out and propping my feet up on the couch to do absolutely nothing. I hope everyone has a nice easy day.
Normally roast day but DBF is working so that'll be tomorrow night.
So it's marinated pork spare ribs from the shop up yesterday and vegies. Got corn really cheap when I shopped too, 4 ears for 99c (nromally twice that price) so that will definitely be on the menu.
Trying something new today but basically the same concept as the Just Do It's are but RAOC's are specifically for cleaning and not a general to do's list ...
My today's RAOC things are:
- Wipe down kitchen cupboards
- Wipe down bathroom cupboard
- Wash down closet doors in entry way
- Wipe out...
Lamb loin chops possibly in french onion soup mix, potato bake, carrots and peas.
Plan to bake condensed milk biccies this arvo (if I get to the shop for the choc chips) so will have those and hot choc for dessert me thinks.
Hoping to get back on track this week - who's with me?
*All meals at home (except we did eat out for ice cream after dinner)
*Got free coffee and doughnuts at church
*Used the swimming pool for entertainment
*Sold an item on eBay (my other auction has a watcher!)
*A/C off most of the day
Good morning! How did everyone do today? We only went out for a short while, but did okay.
