well tis the season....i have spent the last two days out in the garden--weeding, tilling......... up-down--up-down....:ugh: now all those muscles that have had all winter to hibernate are rearing their ugly little heads....it's ache time....:sigh:

I've been taking Advil, not working anymore. I blame the achy, arthritis like feeling on the chemo I had, because I was always fine until then. Now, I'm limping around, achy, grouchy. Any suggestions?

Does anyone here suffer from problems with their sciatic nerve? Is there anything that I can do at home to help ease some of the pain? I have been taking over the counter pain meds for a week and the pain is so aggravating.

Man!! Today I decided I was gonna make two copies of my Price Book. One for my sis, who always calls me to compare prices and has me check my price book, lol, even though she won't admit to wanting any help with it. And another for my sil for Christmas present. Ohhhhh... my aching hands...

:cry: A good friend "Grandma Betty" died last week. She was in her 90's and had lived a long life. Her daughter (Linda) and my mom all thought it was a blessing that she passed away because she had been in quite a bit of pain. I can see their "reasoning" but my heart just aches for them and...

After falling on my way to the mailbox yesterday I have a big bruise on my hip and an aching back! I spent 4 daysin isolation at the hospital and come home to 3 more days because of the ice!!! I need human interaction! At least I will be able to get out tomorrow for my dr. appointment!

Ohhhh my goodness...I have never ached this bad ..since I can remember..ALL my bones are aching, even my finger bones :( i don't know for sure what caused it, but I know it's my fault ..I think it had to be the fact that I didn't wear proper shoes when I went shopping ..just wore flip...
