I'm starting on row 5 and it says "[dc in the next dc, ch 1, skip next dc] twice," <---- Huh?! What twice?! the parenthesized stuff or the wording after it??
Thanks for your help! I'm posting this on my FB too! So if you see this over there sorry! =)
I took an afghan that I had crocheted to work to show to someone.
Another lady saw it and said "Those colors would look great in my house. Do you ever make and sell them?"
To be perfectly honest, I don't really need the one I made. (I only made it so I wouldn't feel so useless and guilty while...
I bought some yarn at Hobby Lobby yesterday. It's Baby Bee Peach Fuzz (sweet pea). It's very fine and I am using the purple long loom, 18 pegs on each side. Now, I've started with two strands of the yarn, but it's way too fine. It leaves too big of holes. How do you do the baby afghans...

Anyone on your gift list this year would love to be the recipient of this gorgeous...
Here is the afghan I made for DH for our anniversary. I was working on it and ran out of ombre. I told him I needed to go to Walmart. He said, "Make it that size and call it quits!" He didn't know it was for him! LOL! It was big enough though. Men just don't understand yarn buying.
Nothing fancy and a super easy pattern, but with everyone crocheting away, I started getting antsy to start something too. :D
I'm doing this pattern:
I don't have enough to make it solid, so will be doing thin stripes in peaches, lavender, and pastel...
