I take cottage cheese and put a little Splenda on it, in a bowl, and sprinkle on a little cinnamon and stir
SO easy and such a treat!
Things like that make it easier to keep going.
What are some of your high pro low carb treats and easy things to do for lunch?

I have been doing it since June 16th--with the exception of my vacation week. I'm back on and looking forward to weighing in on Monday (though I may wait a few days since it's my TOM).
Here's one for Atkin's Diet especially good if you are missing
I double this, and put in 3 8x8 pans. I freeze after putting
them in the pans. I also usually use shredded Mozzarella cheese instead of slices from a block of cheese.
