Well, I finally decided to make some fried chick peas. Had seen it done awhile back on a cooking show and always thought it was something to try.

My daughter and I both love them . I found a bag of dried chick peas at walmart the other day and I was quite pleased. I soaked and cooked them yesterday but I dont think we will eat all these before they go bad. Can I freeze some of them? Thank you in advance for your help!

Take one or two cans of chick peas (garbanzo beans), add chopped red onion, chopped tomato and italian dressing to taste. Nice quick lunch or easy side dish!
The amounts of how to add depends simply on how many you're serving and your personal tastes. We especially enjoy this during hot weather.

As many know I rescued a chick we call Gizmo(Miss) and we have had her in a brooder. She is 6 weeks old. When it is time to take her out of the brooder how do we introduce her to the flock safely. I stay awake at night wondering how to do this so the other chickens will not harm her. Any advice.
