What are you going to do? I would like to go for a walk with the dog. I cleaned the downstairs again the other night and will be working out on the machines down there more regularly. My goal is to shrink the thighs--then I'll be a happy camper!!

So far I am starting out well. I have been to the gym twice this week. Monday and today (Wednesday). I did both cardio work out and lifted weights/exercise machines. Now I just have to stick with it.
