    So you have a whole fryer chicken (purchased on quick sale, of course;) ) and a fully stocked pantry. How do you cook it and why? For example, I usually roast it with several root vegetables, then after we have our dinner, I pull all the meat off the bone and use the meat for something else.

    Hi. Does anyone here know how to clean a deep fryer? I got one at a yard sale on Sat. It is a Delonghi 612. Helppp!!! I'm dying to make some eggrolls but I can't start because I don't know if I can clean this thing. Keilley
