Don't be so sure!
A whole slew of "account closed at credit grantor's request" entries on credit reports now, cause Citi just decided to pull the cards w/o warning or apparent reason.
If you've got --- had --- one of these, and...
a 33 gallon Rubbermaid barrel?? Dh used it to temporarily hold the gas from our van when he repaired the fuel line. I really don't want to throw it away & could really use something like this to store things...but I don't want everything to smell like gas. I've already tried washing with soap &...
Ours really shot up the past couple days and went up another dime overnight. The newscaster said it could go up even more due to the fact there MIGHT be problems from the hurricane. :gaah: How much are you paying?

What are the gas prices like where you guys live?
I sat down and figured out that dh and I pay about $70 a week in gas for our 2 cars. That nearly makes me ill! We don't even drive big vehicles! Right now we're brainstorming on how to cut down on driving. Anyone else feeling the CRUNCH???
(I hope I'm allowed to do this.)
Because of the crazy gas prices, I think a good way to monitor gas spending is to do it the same way we do bills. Write down how much you drive and then try to reduce it a little each month, right?
So, I'm presenting this challenge:
