I've been blanching greens for the first time - and I can't help but to wonder if it would be OK to freeze and save the water to use in broth later.
So far, I've been dumping it into the compost after cooling it, but even that feels kind of like a waste.
What do you do with that water?

I'm so happy. It's that time of year where I live ( southeast MS) to plant greens. We do this every year . My son and I will be planting mustard greens, some turnips, and tendergreens. Tendergreens are sort of like mustard greens, except they are hardier and last thru frosts for months .
