well sorta of.
I'm working on a letter to send to certain members of my extended family to explain why would rather not exchange gifts.
Anyone interested in previewing it for me?
Were did the year go?
Is the Holiday season already upon us!
Fall is my favorite time of year...
I need to send a validation of debt letter in the next two days! I have seen different examples online, but they seem to vary quite a bit. Is this one too agressive? (the top listing if you google "validation of debt sample letter" from creditinfocenter...sorry cant post hyperlinks yet)
Our 3 other kids each start with T, so we are trying to figure out a name for this one. Their names are Tristian, Tyler and Tori.
We were thinking of the name Taylor, dh says for both boy and girl. I know it is for both but it feels more like a girls name.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
All this snow and wind is crazy. We lost power last night and this morning. It is back on but for how long I wonder?
Seriously, trees are down and the snow is piling up.
We have things ready so at least we are prepared. Nothing to do but wait it out.
Stay safe and warm everyone!
I am actually thinking of doing this this year. I have had fun ones and long ones. I love the ones with pics. Any special ideas that you have liked on ones written by you or ones you have received? My daughter did one from the view of their pet fish(quite creative and funny)
I saw this idea in the September issue of Family Fun magazine. I actually have a Word document on the computer that I edit when my kids are absent, but this is even more detailed.
I've had a few discussions in other threads lately about my feelings about "should" so I thought I'd share an essay I recently wrote on the topic...
Should is a four letter word and I’m eliminating it from my vocabulary. I have become too bogged down with the shoulds imposed on me by others...
We were offered a house in housing just before the new year. They're awesome houses. It had occurred to me to say no because we'd have to get it before our lease expired... after thinking on it though I decided to accept the house even though we'd have to pay rent out of pocket for a short...
As I sit here sleep deprived, I need to ask does anyone else send a letter along with the Christmas card? DW was raised that you simply must recap all of your activities from the past year in your Christmas card. I, on the other hand, always just signed it and sent it on it's merry way. In...
(The letter that will go out in my Christmas cards)
Thinking of you all ---
~ I’ve pondered my annual letter once again, the one that sometimes you receive and sometimes I just ponder. As is my usual coarse some of the things I am thankful for this year are ones that show up year after year...
from the school to go over Mikala's IEP(individual education plan).
We always have a beginning of the year and end of the year.
Since she has started middle school, we are a little concerned about how she is going to cope bring mostly mainstreamed.
This is from a former Green Beret and he is not holding back!
Hi all! I have been having a rollercoaster of a life these past few weeks and things have came to a head. So my dad really understands where I am coming from I am planning on sending him a letter...is it too blunt or anything like that? My dad is 70, but through his own behaviors has caused...
I need to say something that is upsetting me. I didn’t want to tell you in person because I didn’t want to start crying about it if any of the kids are around. When I have a conversation with you, it upsets me that I feel like you don’t want me around talking to you to get to know you better...
Dear Beloved Adversary,
Our battles have been epic, yet there was never a winner. Through the years, we never had a truce. We have had several periods of ceased communications which were broken when one of us was in dire straits which usually resumed as soon as the crisis was completed.
