    I'd like to dehydrate and sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon. Do I have to peel them? My RA hands just can't take that!

    I seem to lose some of the white when peeling. I was told to peel them after cooking and store with no shell. Is this right? The only problem I have is in getting them to peel clean. I tried hot and it was bad. I cooled them down 5 minutes and peeling was better. Maybe I should be cooking them...

    Do you peel potatoes before boiling or after boiling them? I have always done it before, but know some people peel them after because it's easier.
