Ok, I have tried freezing pizza before and it didnt work. They always got soggy or didnt raise right, ect.
I recently read a new idea on the Internet. Bake your crusts, then, let them cool. Spread your crusts with Crisco (or cheap equivilent) to seal the crust. This keeps the sauce from leaking...
