    I just had a wonderful neighbor come by and give me a nice box of plums and I can go get more if I want them. Any suggestions on what to do except eat them? We are trying to cut back on processed sugar but we haven't given it up entirely. Low sugar plum butter maybe?:dis::vamp:

    A friend just gave me a big box of plums and besides eating them I thought to make jam but I've only made freezer jam before and I couldn't find any recipes for freezer plum jam.Is it hard to make regular jam? and does anyone have a really good..easy recipe?
