I found a #10 can of powdered milk in my closet. Before I received it someone bought it for preparing for the year 2000 and whatever computer melt down that was supposed to happen. Anyway, do you think it is still good. Probably no nutritional value.

I got a bunch of Duncan Hines cake mixes for .33 each today. I don't intend on baked 4 cakes anytime in the near future. We've never had a pantry moth problem, but I've done the "mold" thing and in doing so, we had cockroaches in that particular condo because of the moisture. It didn't matter...

1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
3 T. onion powder
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. salt
1 tsp celery seed
2 T. Italian Seasoning (see page 195)
2 T. dried parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. paprika
Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and blend for 3-4 seconds

- I dilute 2% milk with 1/2 powdered milk and at long as it is cold, the kids drink it without even knowing the difference.
