    I recieved some leg quarters from my friends mother yesterday, but I've never cooked leg quarters before.     bag of chicken legs & quarters 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup onion soup mix (I have made it without the soupmix before too) - just added some onion powder / dried onions etc combine ingrediants and pour over chicken bake @ 350 for 1 hour until chicken is cooked
