    Apparently you can re-grow romaine lettuce. Since I already have some organic romaine lettuce will give it a try. If anyone tries this let me know if it worked for you.

    Does it work to freeze a head of romaine lettuce for future salad use? We can only get them in 3 head bags here and that is too much for our use (I like romaine salads, wife doesn't).
