I volunteered with my Aunt today at the church spring sale...first time ever being to one...we were allowed to have first dibs on things we wanted(paid for them of course)...so after set up we were allowed to shop...well it was so much fun I'm taking Sophie tomorrow at 10am and she can shop for...
I absolutely can not believe this one.
I stopped at a church rummage sale and was told today was half price day.
I wandered into the clothing section and there on the rack was a brand new, with tags still on, long dark green winter dress coat. Price tag said 280.00
Price to me today.....drum...

*a diaper genie type thing - 2 neighbors are pregnant and I'm sure could use.
*a two-tiered end table - excellent shape for age (at least 15 years old based on style of table

I just had to come and post this. A local rummage sale was having bag day today at $1.00 per bag.
For $5 (5 bags) I was able to get
~2 prs. cords for ds#2
~overalls for ds #2
~sweatshirt for ds#1
~pr. jeans for ds#1 (these are really hard to find because he needs 34 waist, 34 length...
I have been selling on Ebay for about a year and a half now, and I get most of the goodies I sell at rummage sales and thrift stores. Some of the items I list just don't sell, but that's OK because I still make more than I spend, but on the downside, I now have way-y-y more stuff around here...
