PORK AND SAUERKRAUT
4 to 5 lb. piece of pork
Cook for at least 5 hours or until tender.
2 (1 lb.) bags sauerkraut (she used 2 qts. homemade)
Drain some of the liquid off the kraut and add kraut and remaining liquid to pork and heat through.
2 tsp. salt
