I don't want to do anything too regimented...like monday is Chicken. But I need something in place to make planning easier. I was thinking something along the lines of trying to plan for (per week):
1 crock pot recipe
1 sandwich night
1 leftover night
1 full Sunday meal
1 "ethnic" night
When I began teaching, I was paid once a month. That really worked well, as bills were once a month, and once those were paid, I knew I could eat on what was left! Later, my husband was still paid once a month and I took a job where I was paid twice a month. We still tried to live like we...
They're making changes to my work schedule again. I told them when I was hired (I work as a home health aide) that I have asthma and can't handle cigarette smoke.
We go through this every time. They send me to someone who smokes. And every time I tell them, if she/he smokes, it's going to be a...

<input name="message" value="Okay. I have something like 5 lbs of asparagus in my frig. I've spent a fair amount of this morning trying to figure out what to do with it so that I freeze some, have some for dinner, and waste as little as possible. What I came up with was: a recipe for cream of...
As of January, dh has been on a weekly pay schedule. It's hard to get used to. I also changed 2 of my daycare families to weekly as well. My income pays all the household, credit cards, S/L's, our gas and spending, and snowball. Dh income pays the mortgage and the line of credit. And snowball...
I work at home and schedule my own hours, for one job I don't even need to schedule hours, just log in when I want to and work.
I prefer working after my kids go to bed but getting 3 hours a sleep at night is wearing me out plus I made my kid late for school a few times which isn't good.
Not to copy Julie's thread or anything (okay, I am totally copying - I confess :D), but I was wondering what the daily schedules of the working women on this board look like. Where do you find time to do everything that needs to be done? I was tempted to respond to Julie's thread, until I saw it...
