    2 T. vodka 1 T. fennel seeds 1 1/2 tsp. honey Combine all ingredients; stir well. Allow to sit for 3 days. Strain mixture. Use a cotton ball to apply to face and neck as a toner.

    I ended up trying witch hazel as a toner/astringent. I had heard it could be used this way. Well, I would keep on using it but the smell of it really repulses me. Does anyone add anything to it like tea tree oil, just to help with the smell? Thanks in advance.

    Lemon Toner 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 c. distilled water 2/3 c. witch hazel For lemon toner, combine all ingredients. Pour into a clean bottle or container. Shake well before using. Apply with a clean cotton ball.
