I was just thinking of this lastnight...what 5 items help you live a frugal life style? Mine would be:
1)Cast iron skillet(for oven or stove top uses)
2)Borax,vinegar,washing soda,baking soda...for making laundry soap and cleaning suppies
3)Clothing rack to air dry clothing
Brown sugar and milk to exfoliate
Yogurt and honey as a sensitive skin and redness remedy
Safflower oil and sunflower oil as a scalp treatment
Petroleum jelly and raw sugar is a lip scrub
Dash of salt and water is a surf spray for hair. ( anyone know what a surf spray is?).
has anyone ever done this - have a pressed board white laminate organizer that will be used in my bathroom ea- would like to prevent warping etc caused by moisture - thinking a light spray on top coat not sure if that will cause an issue itself-
