Running on the treadmill full gate, kicking butt and taking names, hit the 3 mile mark and the dude beside me rips one that is silent but deadly. So the question was whether to endure it or start my workout over and move treadmills. What would you have done :toothy: Andrea

I have one, and the price was right (free!), but I'm getting frustrated with it since the tread wanders to one side (despite every attempt to correct this issue) and of course it's very hard to get going and keep it going. I know manual treadmills are generally not recommeneded, but if anyone...

Felt great! I kept thinking I was going to quit, but then I'd tell myself I'd stop once I hit x amount of calories burned or x amount of fat burned, and then I'd keep going after I hit those marks. Tomorrow I will probably do WATP to change it up a bit. How is everyone else doing?
