    Shoprite has turkey thighs that come in 4 thighs a pack. I chop up a small onion, place thighs on top, and pour a bottle of odoul's over it then let cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. It comes out really moist. Have also done this with a pork roast.
