OAMC, Homecanning, Freezing, and Preserving
Yesterday I canned 12lbs of tomatoes. I ran all the tomatoes thru a food 'mill' - it's the same mill that I use to make applesauce, so the tomatoes that I canned were, well, sauce-like. I did not actually cook it down and add seasonings, tho. I did add 2 tsp lemon juice to each pint. Because it...
