Does anyone else walk for exercise? I just joined a walking club at work and my goal is 10,000 steps per day. I work in a busy critical care so I am pretty sure that I can meet that goal daily.

Thursday my mom and I are going to Charlotte for a MS confernce. There are going to be several speakers including Clay Walker the country singer. I've gotten tickets to a Nascar truck race, baseball game,this, if nothing else MS gets me out of the house an to cool stuff for free..lol.
