Just curious if any of you entered the contest. It is still open to enter. The official weigh in is free at WW. I'm not doing WW at this point but am going to take advantage of the free first meeting and no fees to join. I plan to stop in occasionally and pay by the time to weigh. I about fell...
Ok, so as many know I have put in a resume, and was contacted back about it. That was about a week ago. I am super excited about this job and would love to "land it" so to speak.
I don't wanna say it out loud (or type) for fear of jinxing it.
It's at home call center work. Which I have done...
I joined WW on Tuesday, not extremely frugal but my health is important and I am cutting back in other areas..like eating out lol.
I have lost 2 pounds this week. baby steps.
How have all of you done with your weight loss efforts?
I thought there was something like this before, but couldn't find it. Would anyone be interested in doing a goup check in on the same day every week? You wouldn't have to put your weight, just what you lost or gained and how your week was. We could start a new "check in" thread every week on...
Well, I did my first weigh-in yesterday. I have to say, I was nicely surprised by the number. I think I may have caught myself on a good day.
Anyway, I'm still looking to reduce that number, but I'm also hoping to increase muscle tone which I realize will add weight.
I'm ready. :)
It has just started and is on the first question. I can't believe that Palin came out, shook Biden's hand said " nice to meet you, hey can I call you Joe"? What was that ? On a positive note, I think that she answered the first question well.
I shall watch on
Has anyone heard about this possibility?
Pay What You Weigh
Great for kids and those skinny people... but I can guarantee I will not step foot on a plane if it meant I had to step on a scale at the check-in. Mayyyyyybe I would if I absolutely HAD to get somewhere I couldn't drive to, but even...
I lost 4 pounds in three weeks. That makes my total weight loss since August (drum roll please) 21 pounds! WOOT!
My goal was 140lbs. But somehow I managed to hit 139!!! I haven't seen under 140 for five years!
I'm so excited.
no loss...but I think I'm okay with it for 2 reasons. First, I'm about to start that time of the month and I'm retaining water like a buffalo. Second, I did waste a few points on things I shouldn't have. Didn't go over my points, just didn't eat smart.
It did teach me one thing...this is...
