Well, I did my first weigh-in yesterday. I have to say, I was nicely surprised by the number. I think I may have caught myself on a good day. Anyway, I'm still looking to reduce that number, but I'm also hoping to increase muscle tone which I realize will add weight. I'm ready. :)

I lost another 1.2lbs total loss to date 11.2lb I am satisfied with this loss since it is my TOM! Hehe

I lost 4 pounds in three weeks. That makes my total weight loss since August (drum roll please) 21 pounds! WOOT! My goal was 140lbs. But somehow I managed to hit 139!!! I haven't seen under 140 for five years! I'm so excited.

Well I am back on the wagon....fell off and gained a totla of 45 lbs:bang: but joined Weight Watchers on New Years Eve and I have lost a total of 7 lbs.(5.2 lbs week 1 and 1.8 week 2)
