I am starting Day 7 of the SBD, but I weighed in last Monday, so I'm going to stay consistent with that and weigh-in on Mondays.
I lost exactly 5 lbs! Even more exciting for me is that I've been sugar-free that whole time too. :woohoo:

I have been trying *in earnest* to lose weight since Aug. 2005.
I started at 205lbs, and I am now down to 182lbs! Quite a bit more to go, but I am encouraged that I am not gaining it back!

Down only 1 lb this week. It's been two weeks, so I can move on to Phase 2, which allows whole grain bread and the reintroduction of fruit and some other foods. I think I'm going to stay in Phase 1 though as I only lost 4.9 lbs the first 2 weeks.
