Hi all! I have a carton of heavy whipping cream that will expire tomorrow.
It says not to freeze it.
Does anyone know of a way to save it? It doesn't necessarily *have* to be used for whipping later on, .....I could just use it in baking or something.
I don't want to just throw it out!!!
