Interesting, that Nordic walking looks kind of fun. I googled it and watched a video on how to do it.;) Reminds me of that Gazelle machine you "like" to use Lisa but done outdoors.

I always thought pickles weren't that good for you because of sodium content....then I wondered why a lady I work with who eats pickles all the time has lost 20 lbs since Jan 1st! Dang those pickles must be some secret weapon!!

Pickles are amazing from what I have heard in the past. Their Briney water is even high in electrolytes and other good minerals.
