Its been 2 weeks as of 4pm today that I've smoked a cigarette!I feel great.If I crave one I just go walk on my treadmill for 5 min and drink water.So killing 2 birds with one stone kinda thing.Gaining weight was one of my biggest concerns,but with getting my treadmill it has helped.And the greatest news is I survived this weekend hanging out with dh and friends(all who smoke)
