Its been 2 weeks as of 4pm today that I've smoked a cigarette!I feel great.If I crave one I just go walk on my treadmill for 5 min and drink water.So killing 2 birds with one stone kinda thing.Gaining weight was one of my biggest concerns,but with getting my treadmill it has helped.And the greatest news is I survived this weekend hanging out with dh and friends(all who smoke)

WTG! I quit cold turkey 8 years ago and gained a lot of weight, but I would do it all over again! I know it's hard, but you are past the toughest part!

Thank you guys so much for the support each day gets easier and easier.I don't even want to smoke.Not to mention I have saved $26 since quiting.
