~I was going to skip this week since I'm always very muddled the week after vacation but I think I will join you after all. Maybe it will help me get back on track faster.
I'll start tomorrow and aim for a 21 item pyramid.~

I'm in! Didn't get everything finished last week, so I have carry over!
Anyway, here's my list

1. Do Dishes
2. Finish cleaning the pantry
3. Do Laundry
4. Dr. Appt. on Tuesday
5. Grocery shop on Tuesday (only a couple of items)
6. Clean bathroom top to bottom

I think this is a short list, but it takes me so long to get anything accomplished, that I better not put down more than I think I can actually do. (and this may be pushing it)

I still have the goal of having the entire house ready for company by the 16th when I will have company show up for 4 days. Lucky me, DH is helping me get some stuff done, and he is doing all the outside work.

~Only 1.5 things left to do to clear my list! I just got back from my midwife appointment but I know I can clean up the living room while the kids are in the tub and then I'll sew a button back on while watching a bit of tv with DH. Nice and easy tonight. :D ~

~I'm insanely busy today but the most important thing is to clean the walls in the kids' room so we can prep for painting.
Yesterday's two items were to copy out a baby bootie pattern from a library book & choose fabrics, and to finish the first of three sets of booties. I'm finishing up the first set after lunch today.~

I did not realize until yesterday that I have not posted here for about 3 weeks. Time really does seem to be flying by this spring/summer. We are having our entire house rewired with the face plates and most of the fixtures changed. Almost all of it is the original from when the house was built in the early 1960s and electrical codes must have been interesting back then. The fellow doing the electrical work has been out here 5 or 6 days in the past couple of weeks and has already scheduled at least 1 day next week. I only have since Wednesday written down and, frankly, I'm pretty sure I forgot some of the chores done.

Wednesday:
Lowe's - returns and more lighting fixtures
Gas - had less than half a tank and during hurricane season we like to keep the tank pretty full
CVS - request prescription refill
Publix - groceries (this seemed to take forever)
washed 1 load of laundry
put up groceries and a few things leftover from weekend trip
cable guy appointment was late in the afternoon and he was here 1 and half hours
