For those of you unfamiliar with this challenge, it is basically an inverted pyramid. On Day 1, you get 12 LITTLE things done. They can be as small as tossing a pen you know is out of ink, emptying a wastebasket, watering a plant. Don't try to do too much: this is to knock out all those little annoying things that are so minor, you never seem to stop to do them. On Day 2, you get 10 things done, maybe that take a bit more time, like answering an email, or making that call to your Mom that you keep putting off. On Day 3, 8 things, and a little more effort. On Day 4, 6 things. On Day 5, 4 things. On Day 6, 2 things. On Day 7, 1 thing.
By the end of the week, you will have done 42 things that you probably wouldn't have done otherwise!
For the non-conformists in the group, a lot of members alter this challenge to meet their own requirements. Some just list 42 things and knock them out as they can throughout the week. Some do just a dozen things, one per day. Adjust as necessary to work for you. One size does not necessarily fit all.
With that said, let the challenge begin....
