Well, looks like I got about halfway through. But we unexpectedly had to run into town and spend some money for no real reason, so that took some time. Cabin fever is setting in! I did get a bag of Miracle Grow potting soil for my sorely neglected seedlings at half price, so that paid for the extra gallon of gas we burned off making the trip.
I'm going to look through the library cookbooks in a bit and might work on the rug later, so all in all not a bad day. And I'm glad to get the jars washed, even if I had gotten nothing else done. They've been stored for years in the garage with the mice and spiders, and they were not a pretty sight. :yucky: So it was an icky job, even though there were only four or five dozen of them to do. Still have to wash quarts and sort through the jar rings, but those won't be so bad since they've been in boxes. But the pints were one of those jobs I tend to drag my feet about doing just because I know it's going to be yucky. Dumb, huh? I'd be a lot better off just to get it over with!
