2019 is here! No better time than the present to jump on the bandwagon.

Join me in this journey. Let's focus on our health. There are no rules to this group really....you don't have to lose a pound a week. That's just a reasonable goal if you work hard at it.

You can post your diet or the exercises you're doing. Even what happened at the gym :) Goal is to just post and be accountable. Come on!!! Lets Go!!!!
